"Yoinemu" (hereinafter "the App") respects the privacy of its users and is committed to protecting personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled in the App.

2. Information We Collect

The App does not intentionally collect personally identifiable information from users.

2.1 Account Information

The App does not require user registration. We do not collect any personal information such as name, email address, phone number, or postal address.

2.2 Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The following information is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to external servers.

• Identifiers of favorited sounds
• Downloaded sound files
• App settings (theme, default timer duration, volume, etc.)
• The last played sound and its playback position

This information is completely erased when the App is uninstalled or its storage is cleared.

2.3 Device Permissions

The App does not use the following device permissions:

• Location
• Contacts
• Camera
• Microphone
• Photo Library
• Advertising identifier (IDFA / AAID)

2.4 Information Automatically Collected

Server Access Logs

The App communicates with its API server and sound distribution server to retrieve sound data. These servers may record the following information as standard web server logs:

• IP address
• Access date and time
• Requested URL
• User-Agent

These logs are used solely for operational purposes (troubleshooting and detection of unauthorized access) and are not used for analysis intended to identify individuals.

Crash Reports

To improve the stability of the App, we use a third-party crash reporting service (Sentry). When the App crashes or encounters an unexpected error, the following anonymized information is sent to that service:

• Error messages and stack traces
• App version
• Device OS type and version
• Device model name
• App environment (production / development)
• Anonymized operation history immediately preceding the crash (screen transitions, taps, network requests, etc.)
• An anonymous identifier automatically generated per device (an installation identifier that cannot identify an individual)

The information sent to this service does not include personally identifiable information, user favorites or playback history, or downloaded sound files.

The anonymous identifier described above is a value generated automatically per device and is not linked in any way to the user's Apple ID, Google account, phone number, email address, or similar.

3. Advertising

The App does not display advertisements. No advertising SDKs are integrated. As a matter of design philosophy, we do not serve advertisements so as not to disturb the user's sleep experience.

4. In-App Purchases

The App is provided entirely free of charge. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid features.

5. Third-Party Disclosure

The App does not sell, lend, or otherwise provide user information to third parties.

However, exceptions apply in the following cases:

• When disclosure is required pursuant to applicable Japanese law
• When necessary to protect the life, body, or property of a person

6. Children's Information

The App is not specifically directed to children and is primarily intended for users 13 years of age and older. The content is suitable for all ages, with a "4+" rating on the Apple App Store and an "Everyone" rating on Google Play. As stated above, the App does not collect personally identifiable information from users, so no collection of information from minors occurs. For users under 13 years of age, we recommend using the App under the judgment and supervision of a parent or guardian.

7. Data Location

The infrastructure of the App uses cloud services located outside Japan. Accordingly, the server access logs and crash reports described in Section 2.4 may be processed and stored in the following regions:

• API server and sound distribution: Asia (e.g., Singapore)
• Crash reports: North America (United States)

Any information transferred across borders is limited to technical information that cannot identify individuals.

8. User Rights

Because the App does not collect personal information, requests for access, correction, or deletion of such information generally do not arise. Data stored on your device can be erased by the user by uninstalling the App or clearing its storage.

If you wish to have information contained in crash reports deleted, please contact us at the address provided in Section 10.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

The contents of this Policy may be changed as necessary. When material changes are made, we will notify users through the App or this website. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
